Privacy
Your information in this version.
What you enter
A listing can include your name, role or skills, town, description, pay or expected rate, Kenyan phone number and an optional worker photograph. Do not add identity documents, financial details or a precise home address.
Where it stays
The normal site stores listings and processed photos in localStorage in your browser, under kazi.listings.v1. It does not send your listing or photo to a public listing database. The opt-in local prototype can store a worker photo in a private local R2 bucket after you choose to share it. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to access device-saved listings.
Photos and contact actions
Optional worker photos are resized and converted to JPEG in your browser. When you choose to submit online, your listing and contact details are held in the platform database for review. Only approved listings are shown publicly; contact details can be requested by visitors. Choosing WhatsApp or a call link opens another service or application, which has its own privacy practices. Externally sourced vacancies link to the original application website, which has its own privacy practices.
Your choices
Use My listings in the same browser to edit or remove a listing. Clearing site data can also remove saved records, and ZolaHub Jobs cannot restore them from a server. The separately enabled localhost backend is a developer test environment; its behavior is described in the project documentation.
Hosting and questions
Your browser requests the site and its assets from the hosting service. This notice describes listing storage; it does not promise that hosting request metadata is never processed. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
